You must be able to Move in order to cast this Spell. Your movement (which does not provoke Opportunity attack) must end on a surface that can support your weight or you fall as normal.

You become a cyclone, a tempest in flight. A kinetic dance propels you, striking foes with celestial force. Each hit resonates with thunderous energy, and your choice molds the dance of gravitational whims, pulling or pushing those within the vortex's celestial embrace.
