This roll type is always linked to a passive ability, which is typically associated with an item, usually a weapon. It only deals extra damage when the item or weapon is directly used.
These rolls can stack as long as they are attached to the weapon, either innately or as part of an enchantment template. There is no limit to the number of times they can stack.
