Wish Fulfillment is one of the most powerful spells a mortal can cast. By speaking your desire aloud, you alter reality itself.
The simplest use of this spell is to duplicate any spell of 8th level or lower. You do not need to meet that spell’s normal requirements, including costly components. The chosen spell simply takes effect.
Alternatively, you may choose one of the following effects:
You may attempt a wish beyond these examples, but you must state it to the GM as clearly and precisely as possible. The GM decides what happens. Greater wishes are more likely to fail, only partially succeed, or produce unintended consequences based on the wording. For example, wishing a villain dead might send you to a future where that villain is already gone, while wishing for a legendary artifact might transport you to its current owner.
The gods and cosmic powers do not look kindly on mortals who rewrite reality. Each time a caster uses Wish Fulfillment, there is a chance that a Galactic Enforcer captures them and imprisons them in the Cosmic Nexus. This chance begins at 1 and increases by 1 each time the caster uses Wish Fulfillment again.
Whispering the ancient, potent words, reverence colors each syllable. No spectacle follows—no blaze of light, no surge of magic. Yet, distant thunder murmurs, a wind stirs. An inexplicable intensity grips your mind; change looms. Threads of reality unravel beneath your mastery, marking a subtle yet profound shift in the fabric of existence.
