Interplanar Telepathic Bond enables communication with a living target regardless of what plane they're on.
If the target opts not to engage, they must succeed on a Psyche roll to block the connection, causing the spell to fail. The target must be considered alive on their plane of existence.
You weave a luminescent lattice that spans the vast void between planes. Gossamer threads of energy shimmer and stretch, forming a bridge of pure light. Should the target resist, the delicate connections flicker and disintegrate.
