Incendiary Cloud is a powerful spell that creates a roiling mass of hot smoke and embers. The cloud obscures vision and deals intense fire damage to creatures within it. It moves slowly, driven by wind, and can ignite flammable objects, making it effective for area denial and battlefield control.
The cloud spreads around corners and is heavily obscured. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it.
