You try to modify the memory of a creature.
You can either erase or change a memory. The memory can not have lasted longer than 10 minutes, and must have occurred in the last 24 hours.
You must know the memory's existence in some way, but may not need to have personally witnessed it.
Any Psion who reaches into the mind through telepathy can sense a memory has been altered.
A ripple spreads through their thoughts, subtle yet precise. A moment twists, reshaped—details shift, faces blur, events rewrite themselves as if they always were. The past bends beneath your touch, reality restructured in the silence of memory.
