Roll Type
This roll type is always linked to a passive ability. This passive ability can be attached to items, spells, or abilities. This could be considered a debuff on the target.
When attached, the TARGET always deals this extra damage on the final damage roll.
This roll only triggers when a damage roll is made, where extra damage can be applied.
These rolls can stack with no limit to the number of times they can be applied.
An example of this roll type is: Hunter's Mark.
