Amber Seal of Oblivion

You perform a dangerous sealing ritual meant to draw Bool, the Darkness, Goddess of Oblivion, from the void and imprison her essence within a solid block of amber on the Material Plane. The ritual threatens mind, body, and soul, and failure may cost the caster their life or spirit.

To begin, mark a 20-foot-wide circle in salt. Place four lanterns at equal distances around the circle, then set the Godstone of the deity to be sealed at the center. Pour the blood of an evildoer over the amber. Once the ritual begins, you must leave the circle and read the Psalms of Terror without stopping.

If the circle is properly laid, the salt confines the breach and forces Bool’s essence back into the Godstone. However, the caster is not protected from her influence. During the ritual, Bool may attempt to corrupt, harm, distract, or kill those involved. Stay in the light and do not stop reading.

If the ritual is completed, Bool’s essence is sealed inside the amber Godstone.
