The heart returns to your body when the spell ends. If you die while under the effects of this spell, you can’t be brought back to life until your original heart is retrieved.

Your chest pulses with hellish power as a demonic heart replaces yours. Immune to fear and poison, fire and blades glance off you. Magical resilience courses through, granting advantage against sorcery. A menacing aura terrifies those nearby, binding them in dread.
