Shadow Anchor
Ability
Attach an anchor of darkness to a target, preventing it from using 
Teleport or any speed type.
Dark tendrils spiral from your hand, latching onto the target with a crackling snap. The anchor forms, a pulsing mass of shadow like a jagged claw, gripping tightly and rooting them in place.
