Icey Touch
Ability
When you touch an object no larger than 1 cubic foot, you immediately start chilling it involuntarily. The object’s temperature falls by 1 degree every round, until it freezes.
If you touch a larger object, the same happens to a part of the object no larger than 1 cubic foot around the area you touch.
You cannot carry potion bottles without the contents freezing, unless you heavily insulate them in a way that requires an action just to unpack
