This spell causes a targeted creature's lungs to fill with water, making them choke as water pours from their mouth and nose. While affected, the creature loses an ap and cant use reactions. Prolonged effect can render the target unconscious if not ended promptly.
As you cast the spell, water pours from the target's mouth and nose. They gasp and clutch their throat as their lungs fill. Their movements slow, and they begin to weaken visibly.
