Besides their strange appearance, the Target also becomes completely blind in areas of 
Bright Light or normal light, while treating areas of 
Dim Light and 
Darkness Sphere (including magical darkness) as if it were Dim Light.
You notice your eyes turning completely black, an eerie transformation. The unsettling appearance unnerves others. Bright light blinds you, but dim light and darkness are now clear as day.
