Any creature you can transform into using Wild Shape, you can also communicate with as if using the Speak with Animals Spell.
You may attempt to connect with other creatures as well, subject to the GMD. As you grow more powerful as a Skinwalker, your Ability to communicate with a wider range of creatures that you can transform into also increases.
