Reaction, a creature can attempt to 
Reduce Target damage of on oncoming Attack when conditions are triggered.
After damage is rolled, Janus looks to see if the Trigger is met, if so, and 
Reduce Damage Roll is made to Reduce Target the total damage. The total damage cannot go below zero.
