The typical Mirelarian has an amphibious or crustacean-like appearance, with the most notable subtype being the Mirelurk. These creatures possess hard, segmented shells and large pincer-like claws. Their coloration ranges from murky browns and greens to camouflage seamlessly with their environment. They have multiple eyes on stalks, providing a wide field of vision.
