Priest of the Fates uses a Fate Deck.

The Deck is magically bound to the priest, and can be summoned by them. The priest can only have one deck at a time. Others can use the deck, but only a Fate Priest can have the power to use it.

From this deck, they draw cards from this, each card they hold is called a Fate Seal. They can use these held cards to bestow boons or banes onto targets, similar to telling a fortune.

Later they can redraw the card, choosing a new card.

A new priest of Fate has limited cards in their deck, 21 cards, known as the Low Fates. There are 4 suits of the Low Fates: Love, War, Prosperity, and Change.

As the priest gains more power and understanding of Fate, as they level, they gain new cards in their mystical Fate Deck, know as High Fates. Each of these cards also has a suit like the Low Fates.

A fate priest can only hold onto three Fate Cards (or Fate Seals), at a time to use them to give out their effects. If a priest holds onto three Fate Seals, of 3 different suits they gain Mana and a Rite.
