The Target must stop what it is doing, and spend its
Turn trying to eat or drink.
This is up to discretion of the GM on the
Target to determine this goal. A
Beast might try to eat a
PC or nearby
NPC, while a
Humanoid might dig through their pack to eat rations.
Targets that are immune to starvation are immune to this effect.
You watch as the victim's eyes glaze over with insatiable hunger. They abandon their task, frantically searching for food. A beast lunges at a nearby NPC, while a humanoid tears through their pack, devouring rations with desperate fervor.
