Bards build Melody up to 3 maximum charges, or "bars," by using Rythmn. This maximum can be increased by acquiring the Feat: Inner Melody. Melody is then used on Melody on Class abilities. Melody resets to zero if you do not add to your Melody at the end of your next Turn.
