GM Discretion

Since not every possible scenario can be covered in the rules, nor should it, some or most rules are left to the GM's discretion, or GMD.
While running the game, the GM has the discretion to change the rules at any moment to fit the context or story of the game.
Any arguments with the rules should be handled after the game, not to slow the game down at the moment.
