You can communicate telepathically with any creature infested in this way.

The infested creature can end the infestation on itself at will, upon which the parasite dies.

In addition, you can communicate simple ideas with tiny insects at will, according to their Mind.

You observe the tiny, crawling creature transfer from your skin to another’s. Instantly, a web of unseen connections forms. You sense the telepathic link, the tiny insects ready to relay simple ideas, their movements synchronized.
