If the Rat Abomination takes radiant damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Rat Abomination next turn. The Rat Abomination dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

The Skrag's experimental fluid swirls ominously within the tubes on the Rat Abomination’s back. The dark green liquid pulses, and the bloated creature’s flesh seems to flicker with unnatural vitality, regenerating unless blasted by radiant light, when it falters.
