Lair is a special "creature" that has abilities often tied to a Legendary Creature and is usually apart of the inherit environment.
Lairs usually have quick abilities, and can only use 1 Quick Ability per Turn. Typically Lair abilities cannot be repeated on the subsequent Turn, and must wait 1 Turn to be resued.
