This Necrotic contamination
Curse causes
Slashing wounds in living creatures to gush blood.
Gusher: Gain vulnerability to Slashing damage.
Bleeding Out (Stage 1): When you are hit by Slashing damage, make a
Body
Contesting Roll vs the
Spell caster's
DC. If you fail, you are now
Bleeding (d4).
Bleeding Out (Stage 2): If you are hit again by Slashing damage, you take a stack of
Exhausted, and are now
Hamstrung.
Bleeding Out (Stage 3): You are now Bleeding (3d6).
Cure: Although you can still Major Heal
Vitality normally, gushing wounds require a
Restoration, Major or
Major Heal
Spell to repair, and you continue to suffer their penalties (including to
Exhausted and speed) until you are either magically healed (instant) or naturally healed (5 days per stage).
You see your wounds gushing blood, each slash turning into a torrent. Your skin pales as you struggle to stem the flow. The cuts weaken you, sapping your strength and speed, leaving you increasingly vulnerable and exhausted.
