The Cinder Maw’s Lair
The air in the tunnel grows blisteringly hot as you enter the final chamber. The Cinder Maw’s lair is a massive cavern, its walls streaked with glowing veins of molten rock that seem to pulse like the heartbeat of the mountain. The ground is uneven and cracked, with lava streams crisscrossing the chamber, forming fiery rivers that pour into deep pools at its edges.
In the center of the cavern lies a massive, circular stone platform, partially submerged in molten rock. Jagged pillars of obsidian rise around it like the teeth of some great beast. The heat is oppressive, and faint tremors ripple through the ground, as if the very mountain is alive.
