Weapon Melee Attack Roll is an 
Attack Roll type which the Caster rolls an Attack Roll vs. the AC of the Target. The source of the Attack is considered an equipped melee weapon.
The Range is always considered the 
Reach of the Caster. The Reach might increase due to the weapon type, but is always at least the minimum of the caster's Reach.
