Weapon Ranged Attack Roll is an 
Attack Roll type which the Caster rolls an Attack Roll vs. the AC of the Target. The source of the Attack is considered an equipped ranged weapon.
The Range is specified in the weapon description.
If the Caster is within 
Reach of a hostile enemy, then they attack at DIS.
