You touch a point and fill the area around it with holy or unholy power. The area can have a radius of up to 60 feet. The spell fails if any part of the area overlaps with another active Hallow spell.
The affected area gains the following effects:
- Creature Ward: Celestials, Elementals, Fey, Fiends, and Undead cannot enter the area. They also cannot charm, frighten, or possess creatures inside it. If a creature is already charmed, frightened, or possessed by one of those creature types, the effect ends when they enter the area. You may choose to exclude one or more of those creature types from this restriction.
- Bound Effect: You bind one additional effect to the area, chosen from the spell’s list or approved by the GM. You decide whether it affects all creatures, followers of a specific deity or leader, or a specific kind of creature, such as Orcs or Trolls. When an affected creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it may make a Contesting Willpower Roll. On a success, it ignores the extra effect until it leaves the area.
You trace sacred symbols in the air; a luminous field expands within a 60-foot radius. Glowing runes shimmer around the area, forming protective barriers that block celestial, elemental, fey, fiend, and undead creatures from entering.
