At the center lies a defiled altar, cracked and deeply gouged with claw marks and runes, exuding a faint pulse of Abyssal energy as though the very land rejects its defilement. Scattered throughout the room are upturned stones, broken chests, and loose debris. Among these remnants moves Vasrek with a manic urgency, muttering spells in search of hidden compartments. His staff glows faintly as he pauses to channel necromantic energy into the ground, driven by the hope of unearthing the relic he seeks.
