Hindered Attack
Term
By default, most creatures can only 
Attack once per Round without penality. Each subsequent Attack is done at a DIS, beyond their total unhindered Attacks.
Creatures can get extra Attack, to prevent the Disadvantage Stacks from attacking more than their total Attacks allow during the Turn.
Each consecutive Hindered Attack is done at a Disadvantage Stack.
