You are an expert at finding the weaknesses of a target while fighting the same 
Target with another ally.
You no longer are required to be flanking a Target to gain Advantage on a Target, an ally is just required to roll an Attack Roll the same Target before the start of your Turn in each round of combat.
This works for ALL attack roll types:

Weapon Melee Attack Roll
- 
Weapon Ranged Attack Roll
- 
Spell Melee Attack Roll
- 
Spell Ranged Attack Roll

The Ability, Spell, or Effect cannot be enchanted onto an object.
