Queen Thessalia, more commonly known as the Queen Below, is the archfey ruler of the Vex’Mortem Fey, an evil faction of fey that has slowly but surely been swallowing up territory on the Fey Plane. Her ambition and vileness know no bounds, and she currently rules from Crystal Point, a grand city of crystal and the capital of the Vex’Mortem Fey empire. Many goodly fey have been forced to join the Vex’Mortem Fey. Through the corrupting influence of the Queen Below, most have given into their baser instincts, becoming rotten through and through—just like their queen.
