While this object is carried in inventory but not equipped, abilities nested on it are still acquired by the carrier and appear on the creature (as if layered up to the caster). Each use consumes one unit from item quantity or charges (ammo-style). The inventory row usually remains until quantity is zero; unlike Consumable, the entire entry is not removed on first use.
