Choose one target grappled by the Hearse. On a failed Fortitude roll, the target is entombed inside the Hearse, taking 6d6 Necrotic damage and gaining a stack of Maimed every turn.

If the hearse takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside a coffin, the hearse must succeed on a DC 15 Fortitude roll at the end of that turn or release all entombed creatures.

Curtains snap open and coffin-linen whips around them, dragging them into the hearse’s black belly. The door slams with a wet thud. Inside, stale rot gnaws for 6d6 necrotic, and each turn adds another maiming twist.
