Bark-like skin, etched with thin fissures, coats your form. Rotting leaves cling to your shoulders. Greenish-blue fumes pulse from the cracks, curling into the air with a sharp, acrid sting.
Azarati Sorcerers resemble elves with a network of thin fissures running across their rough, bark-like skin, and patches of rotting leaves cover bits of their bodies. Every so often, a greenish-blue noxious fume spews forth from the fissures on their bodies.
The Azarati were once pure-blooded elves. Over the millennia of living on the Fey Plane, they slowly began to take on more and more characteristics of the surrounding vegetation. Consequently, these creatures are a strange cross between elves and plants. For instance, an Azarati may appear quite like an elf from its waist up, but instead of legs have several vines upon which it walks. Other Azarati have leaves growing from their head instead of hair.
