Ride a Vehicle
You ride within a vehicle.
While mounted your speed types drop to zero, and move when the creature moves based on another creature who is 
Piloting it.
You may only ride one creature or vehicle at a time.
The vehicle's frame hums beneath you, leather seats creaking against the rumble of spinning wheels on uneven cobblestones. Wind whips through open vents, carrying the sharp tang of exhaust and distant rain-slicked earth.
