Ability
You fire a shot that pierces a surface or target attached to a rope that can be used to climb or repel down.
You see the bolt streak out, a thick rope coiled behind it like a tail. It slams into the target with a jolt, line snapping taut, fibers straining as it pulls tight and holds.
