Heavy Crossbow

The crossbow is bigger than most, and the weight strains your arms as you raise it to eye level and inspect its condition. The pine frame and iron parts feel well-joined and show only a few spots of rust. Affixed at the stock and connected by two cords to a finger-thick drawstring is an iron crank, without which flinging heavy bolts from this beast would be nigh impossible.
