Infecting Telepathy
If a caster communicates telepathically with the creature, or uses a psychic attack against it, the creature can spread its disease to the creature. The creature must succeed on a Mind save or become infected with the same disease caused by the creature's tentacle attack.
You sense dark tendrils ripple invisibly outward, crawling swiftly along unseen psychic channels, corrupting pathways as they extend in twisting threads, embedding spores deep within vulnerable minds that ripple silently in spreading contagion.
