Neuralists are creatures of slight build who revel in acts of torture. The screams and torment of their victims are little more than sustenance for them; this makes them quite valuable to the Queen Below as individuals who can bolster her forces, whether she can find volunteers or not.

At first glance, it might appear that some sort of logic guides a neuralist’s actions. However, nothing could be further from the truth. While they are quite skilled at getting creatures to do whatever they want, neuralists are instinctively cruel, evil creatures who genuinely enjoy the suffering they cause.
