You raise the level of all standing water in the area by up to 20 feet. If the water reaches a shore, it floods onto nearby dry land.
If used on a large body of water, you instead create a 20-foot-tall wave that moves across the area and crashes down. Huge or smaller vehicles caught in the wave are carried to the other side, and Huge or smaller vehicles struck by it have a 25% chance of capsizing. The raised water lasts until the spell ends or you choose another effect.
Standing water surges upward, swelling twenty feet in a relentless cascade that spills over shores and devours dry earth in churning torrents. If drawn from a vast body, it rears into a towering wall of foam-flecked blue, thundering forward to slam down with bone-shaking force. Vessels tumble in its grip, hurled across the flood or pitching wildly toward capsized ruin, the deluge echoing in rhythmic, crashing pulses.
