When you reduce a caster to 0 Vitality, their magic is sealed permanently even if they're resurrected.
Nothing but a wish or divine intervention can bring it back.
Example: You slay a Devil and they reform in their home plane, they must seek out resources or allies to bring back their ability to cast magic. Same with a Lich or similar creatures that usually persist after death.
