Freezing Storm: Gusts and freezing rain fill the area beneath the cloud. The area becomes difficult terrain and heavily obscured, and each creature there takes 1d6 cold damage. Ranged weapon attacks in the area are impossible, and the storm severely disrupts concentration. The strong winds also disperse fog, mist, and similar effects, whether mundane or magical.

Icy gales howl through the storm's heart, lashing freezing rain that stings like needles and coats every surface in rime. The ground turns treacherous, slick with frost that cracks underfoot, while swirling sleet veils the world in blinding white obscurity. Winds whip fiercely, shredding veils of fog and chill seeps into bones, drawing forth shivers and 1d6 piercing cold.
