Range. Every hostile creature within 5 feet of that ally must make a 
Fortitude 
Contesting Roll. A creature takes 4d6 
Radiant damage on a failed Contesting Roll, or half as much damage on a successful one.
In addition, the Chosen ally gains temporary Vitalitys equal to 5 + your spellcasting Essence.
Note:
You do not target the ally, you target those in the widget that are around your ally.
