Silent Casting
Feat
The caster has trained in their voice and body to where they no longer need to speak words to cast spells. They can simply cast them silently, in their mouth, or so quietly no one but them can hear it.

Verbal Spell Component. - The caster can spells while:
Silenced 
Suffocating
The caster no longer requires 
to cast spells.
