What “N/A” means here
In FateTide, N/A marks content that is treated as unsourced for licensing purposes: practical tabletop RPG mechanics and scaffolding (numbers, procedures, resolution patterns, and other “how the game runs” material) that we ship as shared building blocks for play and creation.
How you can use it
Unless a specific entry says otherwise, FateTide intends N/A mechanics to be free to use and remix for personal and commercial projects—at the table, in your own rules text, in tools, and in published work— without asking FateTide for a separate “book license” for that mechanical scaffolding.
You are still responsible for how you combine this material with other people’s IP (settings, art, trade dress, copied text, trademarks, etc.). N/A is about the mechanics layer FateTide marks this way, not a blanket clearance for everything on the site.
Attribution
Attribution is appreciated when it makes sense (it helps players find the original), but FateTide’s N/A marking is not meant to impose a heavy attribution burden for generic mechanical scaffolding.
