Skill Tiers
Term
When you make an 
Skill Roll, the rules or the 
GM determines whether the roll is relevant to a defined Skill Tiers.
If the GM determines there is no training or Skill Tiers in the asked roll, then the roll is considered an Unskilled Roll and the PC rolls at a Disadvantage Stack.
