Once per long rest, when you fall to a dying state, you absorb the blood from all hostile targets within 60ft (or a willing target). You regenerate vitality equal to the damage dealt.

Veins blacken and bulge as streams of blood reverse course, tearing from flesh and spiraling into your chest. A wet shockwave follows, limbs seizing before breath floods back into your lungs, crimson-soaked and burning.
