The Specialist in the Astral Grifter is a planar thief—one who moves between realms not as a visitor, but as a parasite. They rob celestials, devils, djinn, and old gods alike, slipping into vaults hidden between dimensions, pilfering sacred relics, and escaping through seams in reality.
Astral Grifters dress in layered silks and asymmetrical sashes that shimmer subtly, the fabric always shifting like a mirage. Their tools are attuned to planar vibrations—lockpicks made from astral needles, knives that fold into other spaces, and glass lenses that see invisible paths. They pull attacks from the edge of the Feywild, stash loot in demiplanes, and vanish across a fold in Limbo before alarms ring.
Above the ruined observatories of Zin, the Grifters hone their craft under broken constellations. They study planar drift, memorize the vault-signs of the Courts Infernal and Empyrean alike, and practice extracting objects while mid-shift between dimensions. Their tutors speak of doors that don’t exist, safes you can’t see, and treasures whose only protection is belief.
The Astral Grifter sees the multiverse as a map of weaknesses. Every plane offers a loophole, every being leaves traces, and every treasure has a path. They exploit slippage between worlds, anchor tricks across realms, and walk away with prizes no one else can even perceive. If it exists in the planes, it can be taken.
