Weather
Chilly weather lowers temperatures enough to cause discomfort without freezing. Characters may experience reduced dexterity, mild shivering, or fatigue from prolonged exposure. Wearing appropriate clothing prevents heat loss, while cold winds increase the effect. In extreme cases, fortitude skill rolls may be required to avoid frostbite or hypothermia.
